What if my phone’s unlocked? If you rely on ultrasn0w for an unlock, then stay away from the betas. If your iPhone is factory unlocked, then you’re safe.
Can this brick my device? While the chances are EXTREMELY slim, we have to mention that there is a VERY SMALL chance of something going wrong. Chances are that you’ll be able to restore to a stock version of iOS to fix any problems that you may encounter.
How do I get my “UDID”? This procedure is quite simple and it's explained HERE.
Please Note: UDIDs are CASE SENSITIVE! You should be 100% sure that you have the right UDID before ordering.
Do you have a refund policy? Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds due to the fact that once your UDID is added to our Apple Developer Accounts, that slot cannot be freed or used for another UDID. So all purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
How long will it take before I can install? We've introduced the Instant Activation on 24.06.2013, which means all of the activations will be done within 1-2 minutes after the order has been placed, 24/7.
Can I restore or upgrade? You will need to do a Restore in order to install the iOS 10.2 Beta software on your iOS Device. So be sure you BACK UP your iOS Device before doing this (via iCloud or iTunes).

What do I do after I make the payment? Once payment is completed you will need to wait for your UDID to be activated. You can track your order status on our website in Real Time. Once your UDID has been activated you can proceed with installing the iOS 10.2 Beta onto your iDevice.

I get an error about compatibility, what is it? It means you're trying to install an iOS 10.2 Beta which isn't made for your iDevice (aka: wrong file). Please make sure you know what your iDevice is before downloading the Beta file for it, you can get more help about identifying your iPhone Model or identifying your iPad Model.
